This is your next step to a Customer Support career that provides stability and sustainability with a living wage. Our Customer Support career training provides the skills needed to deliver a dynamic customer service experience and excel in a variety of sectors. Curriculum also includes relationship building, communication skills development, and customer service terminology.

Eligibility Requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Committed to pursuing FULL-TIME employment
- We welcome justice-impacted job seekers - No Sexual Offenses or Arson convictions
- Individual Income within the last 12 months – $31,920 or less (or dependent on household size)
- Must be a Minnesota resident with work authorization living in the Twin Cities Metro Area (Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington county).
----Enrollment must always be completed 11 days before class start date @ 3:00pm----
Outcomes
The 8-week training program will equip you with the skills, tools and resources needed to become EMPOWERED & EMPLOYED full time. Your career coach will work with you to develop a career plan, while connecting you with the resources needed to achieve your goals. Your career coach will support you to overcome and navigate hurdles that you may be facing. We partner with you in your job search to not only find a job, but to find full-time, meaningful employment that is stable and career-building.
