Eligibility Requirements:

  • 18 +
  • Able to work FULL-TIME
  • Felony friendly programming available. Felonies and misdemeanors reviewed on a case-by-case basis. No criminal sexual conduct or arson charges.
  • Eligibility dependent on income.
  • Must be a Minnesota resident living in the Twin Cities Metro Area (Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington county).

Your career coach will support you to overcome and navigate any barriers that you may be facing. We work with you not only find a job, but to find meaningful employment that builds your career.
