Each week during Workforce Development Month we're featuring a CareerForce Spotlight article highlighting the outstanding work of an individual workforce professional or team.

This week, the CareerForce spotlight is on Carl Unbehaun and Kassey Sather who work out of the CareerForce locations in Crookston and Thief River Falls. Carl and Kassey strive to provide not only the career exploration and job search resources customers need, but also the emotional support that can make all the difference.

A recent Crookston customer expressed much appreciation for the help and support she received from them: “Carl and Kassey have been so great. I came in feeling so beat down, and they were so positive and encouraging – I left feeling like I CAN do this, I’m going to be okay. Each time I’ve talked with them, I have a new outlook and feel stronger and more hopeful.”
