Avivo's Workplace Success Strategies course covers core computer skills, typing skills, MS Word 2019, MS Excel 2019, PowerPoint, internet, Northstar Digital Literacy, applied math and financial literacy, life and career planning skills, workplace expectations and skills, resume preparation, and Benchmark Portal Customer Service Certification prep and exam.
Online or Virtual Information
Class is held both in person and/or virtually. The participant's computer skill level will be assessed at the enrollment meeting and eligibility to take the course virtually will be determined at that time.

How to Participate
In order to participate in this course, potential students must meet eligibility requirements:
- Have a valid government-issued photo ID and social security card (without restrictions)
- Income must be at 200% of the federal poverty level or lower (we can help determine this)
- Math and reading assessment scores of 7th grade or above
- Committed to finding full-time employment, with the help of a career counselor, following training completion
Outcomes
Successful graduates of this course will receive a Certificate of Completion for the course.
