    Tips for hiring success

    Here are a few great ways to find current or former members of the military on CareerForce.MN.gov.

    1. CareerForce has staff who work with veterans to help them find the right fit. Contact a CareerForce specialist (mailto: Veterans.CareerForce@state.mn.us) and them know you want to hire a veteran.
    2. Post your open positions so they show up on CareerForce.MN.gov. Find out how.
    3. Watch for career fairs on our events calendar that are focused on veterans and make sure your company has a presence there.

    Remember, Minnesota law allows employers to give preference to military veterans in the hiring and promotion process. Contact us for more support or view these helpful resources:
