Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

This program will prepare you to be a Financial Advisor in training. You'll be prepared to interface with client investments, product sales, client relationship management and continued credentialing and developmental opportunities. 

Enrollment for this program ends April 29th!!

Online classes start May 9th-July15th, Monday-Friday from 9am-12PM. This is a 10 week commitment but upon placement after graduation has an average pay range from $19.24-21/hour!

How to Participate

Eligibility requirements include the following:

  • Attend Virtual Info Session 
  • Income/circumstance eligibility
  • Minnesota resident
  • GED/High School Diploma
  • Right to Work
  • 1+ year(s) minimum professional customer service experience
  • Test at 6th grade or higher in Math & Reading (Proctored by PPL)
  • Type at 35 WPM or higher
  • Test 75% or higher in Microsoft Word and Excel and Information Literacy Northstars (Link provided by PPL)
  • Background Checks
Outcomes

You will receive the SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) Certification and Banking product knowledge. 

You'll benefit from personal mentorship and job interviewing feedback from the bank managers who partner with us. Upon graduation, you'll interview with one of our employer partners: US Bank, Wells Fargo, MidWest One, TCF/Huntington, Ameriprise, and more.
