How to Participate
Contact 507-345-5222 to sign up and find out if you are eligible for this free training. SCC Connects Manufacturing will offer classes in person and virtually on Monday's Wednesday's & Thursday's from 12pm-3pm at South Central College in North Mankato. This class will be offered for a consecutive 6 weeks prior to college classes starting on November 14th, 2022. Prior enrollment is required before classes begin, and you will need to attend all SCC Connects classes and complete all assignments to be eligible to advance to college coursework. This is available to individuals living in the counties of: Sibley, Brown, Le Sueur, Blue Earth, Watonwan, Waseca, Faribault and Martin.
Outcomes
You will receive your Occupational Safety and Health Administration 10 hour training certificate, then advance your training to South Central College and obtain your certificate or diploma.

Program Costs
FREE for individuals that qualify. Qualifications include, but are not limited to: low income, person of color, long term unemployed, justice impaired, individuals with a disability. This partnership program offered by CareerForce, Adult Basic Education and South Central College offers career exploration, classroom support and financial help with tuition, books, supplies, tools, and personal protective equipment for those that qualify.
