Leading CareerForce Partner Career Solutions helps St. Cloud area young people prepare for success in education, employment and life through engaging CareerONE camps every summer.

CareerONE camps help young people ages 14-17 explore career pathways, build workforce readiness skills and explore real world work environments. Through a combination of hands-on learning and visiting local employers to find out what different careers are all about, young people build the skills and confidence needed for long-term-success.

The CareerONE manufacturing track focuses on high-demand careers in the manufacturing sector. The teens learn about safety, tools, materials and production processes while finding out what it's like to be a welder, machinist or other type of worker with in-demand skills.
