Living Well Disability Services

Living Well Disability Services is a private, nonprofit 501(c)3 organization founded as Dakota’s Children in West St. Paul in 1972 by parents of children with disabilities, volunteers and community partners. We provide Residential Services and Customized Services to people with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities throughout the Greater Twin Cities metro area. Services are available to people regardless of where they live; in their own home, their family’s home or in one of the 35 group homes owned and operated by Living Well Disability Services. Innovations in service, accessibility, wellness, and technology help people grow based on what is most important to them and live with independence and dignity. Services are based on the choices of each individual and developed to support their unique needs, hopes and personalities.
