Our mission is to develop the next generation of aviation leaders!  We offer a two-day entry-level leadership training program that introduces students who primarily have little to no leadership experience, the basic principles of being a leader as well basic concepts they'll need to effectively lead in an entry level supervisory role such as lead, supervisor or manager level positions (the leadership class is generic and will benefit a student regardless of their job field).  Focus area's include communication, teamwork, team dynamics and organizational culture.

 North American Flight Control LLC will be offering an aircraft dispatcher training program, which, upon the successful completion of the program, provides the student with a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) aircraft dispatcher license and opens a variety of career paths within the aviation community to the graduate.

Our school is based in Bloomington MN and welcomes students from across the midwest.
