Mission: Minnesota State Community and Technical College specializes in affordable and exceptional education, service, and workforce training. We welcome all students and engage them in shaping their futures and their communities.

Services: Currently M State Energy Careers Academy is offering an Electrical Line Worker diploma program to promote opportunities for BIPOC and women in the Twin Cities 7-county metro area. A gas utility worker program is being developed with the same parameters. The training will lead to eligibility for line worker apprenticeships upon graduation. Advising and career placement are offered in coordination with college staff and community partners.
