For over 35 years, Reach for Resources has been providing person-centered services and supports to individuals with disabilities throughout Minnesota. Every day we live our mission of empowering people of all-abilities to reach their full potential. We have laid a strong foundation that enables us to continue to provide quality supports and expand our services in the future. 

We provide a wide variety of services that support over 1,300 children, adults and families to live, work and play in their own communities. Our services include: Adaptive Recreation, Case Management, Employment Supports, Housing Supports, Inclusion, Independent Living Skills, In-Home Supports and Mental Health.
