This workshop is designed specifically for job seekers who must address a criminal record in their job search process and are having a difficult time obtaining employment due to their barriers and/or records. This workshop combines DEED's Creative Job Search course with special strategies for addressing and overcoming barriers to employment, including how, when and why to disclose your record, addressing concerns from employers, answering tough interview questions, WOTC, Federal Bonding and "Ban the Box."
