Outcomes

This training provides an introduction to careers in Medical Assembly and Microelectronics. Participants will gain the skills needed to qualify for advanced manufacturing operator roles with our employer partners, Medtronic and Seagate Technology.  The positions entail working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment with PPE gowning. Participants will receive career navigation support from Hired throughout training, job search, and transition into employment.

Program Costs

Free for eligible participants.

Must be 18+ years of age

Household income at or below 200% poverty income level

 Solid reading and communication skills
