Eligibility Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Committed to working in the industry
- Not enrolled in school
- HS Diploma or GED
- Score at a 9th grade or higher in reading; 7th grade or higher in math
- Meet minimum requirements on Northstar computer assessments
- Basic skills in Microsoft or Google Office software
- No felonies, misdemeanors decided on a case-by-case basis
- Eligible to work in the United States
- MN resident; Twin Cities Metro or live within 30 miles of Hutchinson, Mankato, Rochester, St. Cloud or Wilmar
