The Fundamentals of Welding training program is designed to develop entry level employees with the skills necessary to enter the manufacturing industry as a welder. The skills developed in this class will be from both classroom and lab training. Information sessions will be August 28th & September 9, 2025 5pm-8pm.

This training will give students the basic math and blueprint reading skills needed to achieve an entry level
welder position. Additionally, the welding training skills, the students receive, will develop their TIG and/or MIG
welding skills to prepare participants to achieve welding certifications through their employer.

Industry
How to Participate

Participants must be  18+ years old, authorized to work in the U.S. and not enrolled in any K-12 schools.  The focus is to serve the BIPOC community, Veterans, and women.  

Outcomes

Participants will receive a certificate of completion and OSHA 10 skills certificate.
