$650 stipend

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Attendees will receive a $650 stipend
Average starting wage $17-18/hour
Support including interview clothing, fuel, or bus cards
Job coach and placement opportunities
Computer and internet assistance
Must have a valid MN driver’s license and a high school diploma or GED
City of Minneapolis residents preferred

IN-PERSON TRAININGS INCLUDES:

Job readiness skills: resume and interviewing
Customer service and workplace professionalism
Coaching and mentoring from employer partner- Medtronic
Computer skills with Microsoft Office
Hands-on microscope practice
Preparation to meet Medtronic hiring requirements
