Effective project management is an important skill in many workplaces. In this seven-week, online evening course, you will learn the phases of project management, and how to use tools like Gantt Charts and PERT Diagrams.

You also will acquire skills to efficiently manage time and effectively communicate with team members

Outcomes

There generally is no financial cost for individuals eligible for our various programs. These eligibility factors typically include military service, race, gender, disabilities, long-term unemployment, recent incarceration, public assistance, age of 55 or older and income below 200% of Federal Poverty Guideline.
