TechFluent scales industry-leading technology training, mentorship and employment programs to offer virtual  services to 23 individuals in Minnesota. The 2026 Cohort is focused on under-represented groups across the State of Minnesota.

The 2026 Cohort is expected to launch on December 1, 2025. This Cohort will be offered as a Live-Virtual Learning Model – with some Self-Study Coursework. All course-work may be performed from any location with Internet access.

Experienced Learners may opt out of Office 365 self-paced learning and Microsoft 365 self-paced learning.

This Program will complete by middle of June, 2026. The Capstone-style Projects will be assigned after Graduation and Certification Exams.

Graduation is scheduled for June 30, 2026.

Eligibility Requirements are:

adults in underserved communities who are eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship,

AND are 18 years of age or older at the time of enrollment,

AND who are not enrolled in any K-12 school,

AND who are seeking employment,

AND are at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines

OR are an individual of color

+ OR are a woman

AND reside in Minnesota

We specialize in the Microsoft technology stack and the focus of this program will be data analytics which includes Microsoft D365CE and the Power Platform, with an emphasis on Power BI. Learners will graduate with two Microsoft Certifications of their choice from the four certifications offered (and listed below). 

This Training Program funded in part by MN DEED (Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development) is an on-site, in-person training program with $1million dollars of professional career development resources donated to support your career development. Each Participant is assigned a personal Mentor to work with them throughout the Program and you are given access to Learning Success Managers, Training Assistants and Career Coaches to ensure success in the program both technically with the business applications you are learning and with resume development and job placement.

Online or Virtual Information
This course is 100% virtual and self-study. No portion of the curriculum is taught on-site. All learners must be comfortable engaging with instructors and training assistants via virtual mechanisms for all communications, learning and support. Primarily, the classes will be hosted, virtually on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9-1pm Central Time. However, from time to time, days of the week may change, and hours may vary. The e-Syllabus will be kept up to date at all times.

How to Participate

There is an application, assessment, interview and selection process in order to participate. Scholarships can be awarded for those who are not in a position to cover expenses associated with attendance.

  • MB-910 - D365CE CRM Fundamentals
  • PL-300 - Power BI Data Analyst
  • PL-200 - Power Platform Functional Consultant
