Twin Cities R!SE offers FREE VIRTUAL Customer Service/Call Center training and partners with a network of over 1500 employer partners in the Twin Cities to get you interviews. Our goal is to connect you to FULLTIME employment that best fits your career goals.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • 18 +
  • Able to work FULL-TIME
  • Felony friendly programming available. Felonies and misdemeanors reviewed on a case-by-case basis. No criminal sexual conduct or arson charges.
  • Eligibility dependent on income.
  • Must be a Minnesota resident living in the Twin Cities Metro Area (Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington county).

Your career coach will work with you to develop a career plan, while providing you with the resources needed to achieve your goals. Your career coach will support you to overcome and navigate any barriers that you may be facing. We work with you not only find a job, but to find meaningful employment that builds your career.
