Avivo's Business & Computer Applications Specialist Training course includes the following: Intermediate to advanced level training in MS Office 2019 Word and Excel, advanced customer service training, job seeking skills and individualized job search, building business relationships, crafting cover letters and resume creation.

At enrollment meeting, it will be determined whether or not participants may take the course remotely, depending on skill level.

How to Participate
- Income must be 200% of the Federal Poverty Level or lower (please contact us)
- Must provide a government issued photo ID and social security card (without restrictions)
- Minimum of 7th grade math and reading level illustrated during an assessment at enrollment
- Participants should be committed to looking for full-time employment following the completion of their training course/program
Outcomes
Participants who successfully complete the Business & Computer Applications Specialist Training course will receive a Certificate of Completion for the course. Graduates will be equipped to look for employment in an office support environment (i.e., administrative assistant, receptionist, data entry, file clerk, etc.).
