CareerForce.MN.gov now draws more than 1 million pageviews a month, four months after becoming Minnesota’s Official state labor exchange

Four months out from the transition to CareerForce.MN.gov as the state’s official labor exchange, we’re happy to report more Minnesotans than ever are using the site to connect with work – and to connect with workers.

Over the past four months, nearly 400,000 people have visited CareerForce.MN.gov, viewing a total of 3.5 million pages. That’s more than double the number the pageviews compared to the same time last year. The top content on the site is the job search tool, which had 1,576,399 pageviews over the past four months, with visitors spending an average of 11 minutes per session on the site searching jobs posted by Minnesota employers.

All this activity shows that as the state’s new labor exchange, with more Minnesota job postings from verified employers than any other site, CareerForce.MN.gov is connecting job seekers with Minnesota employers. All states are required to maintain an online labor exchange to help connect job seekers and employers.
