Learn customer service skills and medical terminology to start a new career as a medical call center representative.

 

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Subject to criminal background check
  • Low-income household eligibility
  • 1 year of recent customer service experience

Training Location:
January 10 - 11: In-person (required) at Hired
January 17 - February 23: Online via Zoom

  • NorthStar Digital Literacy certificates
  • Mental health/crisis training & certificate

Program Costs

Training is free to attend with the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Clean criminal background with ability to pass DHS background
