In this 12 week online class students will learn:
- Emotional intelligence
- Professional English reading, writing, speaking and listening
- How to Give Effective Feedback
- Digital Literacy skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Suite
- Teaching and Training employee practices
- Advanced Customer Service
- Goal Setting
- Financial Coaching
- Networking and Informational Interviews

How to Participate
**You must be born outside the US to qualify for this training**

Fill out the "Get Started" form. You will be sent a zoom link for an information session where you will learn more about the class and how to apply.
Information sessions will be Tuesdays, November 28th, December 5th & 12th from 3-4pm.
Outcomes
Graduates will receive a certificate of completion. They will also work with an Employment coach as they pursue their career goals and next steps.
Program Costs
This program is free for those who are eligible.
To be eligible, you must
- Be born outside the US
- Have Advanced English skills
- Have worked in the US at least 6 months OR have an advanced degree
- Have access to a computer and internet (if you need assistance with this, we can help)
