The Duluth Fair Chance Job Fair Readiness Workshops are designed to help job seekers prepare for the upcoming Duluth Fair Chance Job Fair. Participants will gain practical job-search skills, including resume preparation, employer research, interview techniques, and strategies for confidently discussing justice involvement with potential employers. These workshops will help participants feel prepared to connect with fair-chance employers, explore employment opportunities, and make the most of the job fair.

The following schedule is planned for the workshop series:

September 14: Workshop from 10:00–11:00 a.m., followed by a Q&A session from 11:00–11:30 a.m.
September 23: Workshop from 5:00–6:00 p.m., followed by a Q&A session from 6:00–6:30 p.m.
September 25: Optional open office hours from 10:00–11:00 a.m. for participants to ask additional questions, receive individualized guidance, and get further assistance preparing for the job fair.
