Prepare for a career working in health insurance, a medical clinic or hospital.

Program Costs

Training is free to attend with the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • 6 months office experience and/or some college (preferred)
  • Can type 30 words per minute
  • Some experience with Microsoft Office
  • Low-income household eligibility
  • Minneapolis resident preference
