A 6 week class that teaches you the skills of retail customer service. Graduates of this program get jobs in a variety of customer service positions.

Eligibility:

Be born Outside the US
Be able to attend all sessions in person
Have Conversational English skills

In this class you will learn:

English skills for cashier jobs
American customer service skills
Cash handling
Computer skills

Students practice their customer service skills at the International Institute's student store.

Requirements:

Pass an English assessment
Have permission to work in the US

To register for class, you must come to an in-person intake session.

When:

Every Friday

Arrive between 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. (Get directions.)

No appointment is needed. Please plan to be here for at least two hours, depending on how many students are waiting. During your visit, you will take an English test and talk about your goals. Our teachers will help you start the best class for your learning level.
