Equitable Development Action (EDACT) is a nonprofit organization committed to advancing equity, economic inclusion, and generational wealth building in underserved communities. At the heart of our work is a simple but powerful belief: capacity building is the engine that drives lasting change. We do not believe that communities lack ideas, ambition, or resilience. What has been historically missing is access to the right tools, systems, training, and institutional support. EDACT exists to close that gap by strengthening the capacity of small businesses, nonprofits, and community care providers to grow, comply, secure funding, and sustain impact.
