    • Referrals for workforce strategy development, employer engagement team, and connections to local, regional and state resources.

    • Regional experts: Our regional experts can connect with you one-on-one via phone or video call or by email. Our team can consult with you about your needs.
    • Labor Market data: DEED's Labor Market data center provides a comprehensive, nuts-and-bolts look at Minnesota's economy and workforce. Utilize their LMI Help Desk or navigate the data tools on your own.

    • Post a Job platform: Post your open jobs on CareerForce's Job Search portal – available 24/7 by smart phone, tablet and computer to people looking for work.
    • Work with an Employer Engagement specialist who will help you maximize your posting's reach.

    Calendars and Webinars

    • Statewide Job Fair Calendar: Promote your hiring event, on-site interview events, or job fair to job seekers on this public, statewide, no cost event calendar.
    • Events for Businesses Calendar: Department of Employment and Economic Development's calendar of seminars, conferences, roundtables, and other events to grow your business.
    • Workforce Wednesday: A series of virtual meetings highlighting proven strategies to build talent pipelines, hearing and sharing best practices, and networking with other Minnesota employers about all things workforce. Held the first Wednesday of the month from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
