Our My Road to Success 8-week virtual training program provides you with the skills needed to be successful on any job. Training focuses on your individual career development, Personal Empowerment, and the 21st Century Skills that today’s employers are in search of.

Eligibility Requirements:
- 18 +
- Able to work FULL-TIME
- Felony friendly programming available. Felonies and misdemeanors reviewed on a case by case basis.
- No criminal sexual conduct or arson charges
- Annual Income in the last 12 months - $25,000 or less (exceptions depending on number of household)
- Must have PC/Laptop/Tablet available & internet access
- Must be a Minnesota resident living in the Twin Cities Metro Area (Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington county).
Outcomes
Your career coach will work with you to develop a career plan, while providing you with the resources needed to achieve your goals. Your career coach will support you to overcome and navigate any barriers that you may be facing. We work with you not only find a job, but to find meaningful employment that builds your career.
