Services to live independently

Employment, transportation, and social and recreational activities are important parts of everyone’s life. If you have a disability, assistance may be available to help you achieve your goals and live as independently as possible.

Please complete and submit this online form and a Vocational Rehabilitation Services professional will contact you shortly. In addition, you may wish to explore equipment and other modifications that could make your home, vehicle or workplace more accessible.

The VR program received 78.70% of federal fiscal year 2025 funding through grants from the U.S. Department of Education. The federal fiscal year 2025 grants totaled $59,589,639. The required state match for these funds is $16,127,818. The state of Minnesota appropriated $17.3 million to meet the match requirement.
