Participants will develop the knowledge and technical skills needed to support compliance operations in multifamily housing environments. This includes how to execute leasing processes, administering move-ins and waiting lists, managing building income and expenses, and accurately documenting household data. PPL also teaches transferable skills to participants, such as resume writing, effective communication, and more. Participants will engage in a 4-week long, paid work experience during the Pathway.

Qualifications include:
- 1 year customer service experience
- Driver's license required
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Right to work in the US
- Proficient math, reading, and digital literacy skills
