Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

The Facilities & Maintenance Training Program is your next step to a Facilities & Maintenance Career that provides stability and sustainability with a living wage. Pay in this industry after successful training ranges between $17.00 to $27.00 per hour (actual wage dependent on qualifications). When your training is complete you will be eligible for interviews and networking opportunities with our employer partners, who are some of Minnesota’s top employers.  

Our Facilities & Maintenance Training Program includes professional 21st Century skills that employers are looking for in new hires and promotions. Eligibility Requirements:

  • 18 +
  • Able to work FULL-TIME
  • Felony friendly programming available. Felonies and misdemeanors reviewed on a case-by-case basis. No criminal sexual conduct or arson charges.
  • Eligibility dependent on income.
  • Must be a Minnesota resident living in the Twin Cities Metro Area (Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington county). 

----Enrollment must always be completed 11 days before class start date @ 3:00pm----
