At Twin Cities R!SE, we meet people where they are and walk alongside them as they overcome employment barriers and achieve their potential. Whether you are a stay-at-home parent with little work history, someone with an extensive criminal record, or anywhere in between, TCR is here to help you navigate challenges, build confidence, and build a meaningful career.

Our 8-week transformative training programs combine career development with our signature Personal Empowerment and emotional intelligence training, equipping you with the professional and personal skills today’s employers seek.

With three career pathways to chose from —My Road to Success, Customer Support, and Facilities Maintenance Specialist —you’ll gain practical, in-demand skills, individualized coaching, and the tools to secure meaningful, sustainable employment and build a brighter future! • Paid Internships – gain hands-on experience (become eligible after successful completion of training)
