“I haven't held a full time job in 15 years. I'm over 50, and wasn't getting job offers after two years of looking. I took a beat, and realized I needed help. I searched city and state resources and found Paul Sears’ job club at CareerForce in Minneapolis - South. Oh man, where to begin. First, I learned new ways to show my work experience/ knowledge base that diminished the glaring age of the experience. Second, I met people in the same boat: same age, same struggle. And third, I had Paul! His spirit and humor kept me hopeful, informed and engaged.”
