ServSafe Food Handler Class – Worthington
The Southwest Minnesota Private Industry Council (PIC) is partnering with Community Education to promote a ServSafe Food Handler class in Worthington. This course is designed to provide students with essential food safety training and the opportunity to earn their ServSafe Food Handler Certificate, a valuable credential for anyone working in food service.
Class Dates: Tuesdays, June 2 – July 21, 2026
Time: 8:45 – 10:45 AM

Eligibility qualifications include one of the following: individuals of color, individuals lacking stable housing, individuals with a criminal record, individuals without a high school diploma or equivalent, individuals with a disability, individuals who have been unemployed for 26 or more consecutive weeks, individuals with limited English or Math proficiency, or individuals at or below the 200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines.
This class will provide students with essential food safety training and the opportunity to earn their ServSafe Food Handler Certificate, a valuable credential for anyone working in food service.
This is a FREE training course for those who meet eligibility requirements.
