The West Metro Transitions Region is made up of seven separate consortia covering the school districts and surrounding communities of: Bloomington, Shakopee, Rockford / Monticello, Hopkins, Robbinsdale, Osseo / Brooklyn Center, Anoka-Hennepin district, Centennial, and the Elk River area.

The West Metro Region offers copmprehensive study for secondary credentials (GED, HiSET), English as a second language, college readiness, and a wide variety of career pathway opportunities (depending on location) along with some region-wide programming online.
