Minnesota Training Partnership (MTP) is incorporated as a 501c3 educational entity by the MN AFL-CIO, dedicated to advancing equity by strengthening the pipeline of underserved populations into stable job opportunities, and upgrading incumbent worker skills. The MN AFL-CIO serves 300,000+ members of affiliated unions, while belonging to the national AFL-CIO uniting over 12.5 million working people of every race and ethnicity. Under the MN AFL-CIO umbrella, MTP is a partnership collaboration between unions and employers, and uniquely positioned as the only union workforce development intermediary agency in the state.  MTP is an equal opportunity employer/program provider.
